We advise that you do not use a personal email address to register. Juriosity has been created in association with the Bar Council, and we have used their membership data for 18,000 Barristers and Chambers to create profiles, in order to simplify the verification process of new accounts.
If you use the professional email address that we have on file, we will be able to match you to an unclaimed profile, speeding up the the registration process.
Step 3: Confirm profile type
If we were able to match you to a profile on our records, we will let you know and you'll be able to claim this profile if the match is correct.
If we are unable to match you to an unclaimed profile we will ask you which account type suits you best.
Please note: If you are a Barrister or Solicitor you will be asked some additional questions. As Barristers and Solicitors are able to publish articles to the Knowledge Centre, it is important that we verify your identity.
If you are a general user you will not be asked for additional information. If you are interested in contributing to the Knowledge Centre, please contact email@example.com.
Step 4: Confirm your email address
Once you have supplied additional information for your profile you will be asked to verify your email address.
Step 5: Check your inbox
Check your inbox for the verification email. If it's not there, you can ask for it to be resent. It is also worth checking your spam box and refreshing your email.
Step 6: Create your password
Once you have verified your email address, you will be asked to create a password. Please follow our password rules to create a valid password.
You are now a member of Juriosity! We verify Barrister and Solicitor profiles within 3 working days, although you can begin using the site immediately. You will be notified by email when the verification process is complete.
