In relation to barristers, we hold personal data contained in the official Bar Directory collected by the General Council of the Bar of England & Wales in the period up to the end of 2017. This includes, for example, their name, address, telephone number, chambers, year of call and areas of expertise. In addition, we hold personal data which has been added by the individual, or on the individual’s behalf at their or their chambers’ instruction, to their profile on Juriosity (including, for example, languages spoken, articles, recent work undertaken and profile photos).
In relation to solicitors and other users of Juriosity, we hold personal data which the individual has provided when setting up a profile on Juriosity. This includes, for example, their name, address, telephone number, company, title, SRA ID (if any), areas of expertise and profile picture.
